Café Boutique Genevieve was envisioned as a refined café–boutique blend with modern European flair. The project included comprehensive conceptual drawings, specifications, and a detailed business plan to bring the vision to life. The location was planned for downtown Rochester, though the lease did not proceed, leaving the project at the full design and planning stage.
